NxtGen Project Management interview questions

The interview was on phone. The lady asked basic questions like tell me about ourself, explain abot your internship. Then they shortlisted for further round. After a week a mail came saying you are recruited for this role. Then offer letter did not came for 4 months. On enquiry it came to my knowledge that they have outsourced the role. The company did not inform. It was really disappointing, such a poor company management. Nobody even reply on their mail or linked in.Please be careful while applying to these types of company. They ruin everything.
