Applied for associate engineer position directly. Got the call letter the very next day on WhatsApp asking my consent to work for them for at least one year if I am offered a job. Returned the digitally signed doc and they setup the interview within a week. Interview started at 9-30 with a PowerPoint presentation by a scientist and she talked about the company and selection process and then Q&A. After that, she asked us to write a 2-line leave letter in English. Then, assignment on HTML, CSS and JS (all open book). Assignment was very easy for me since I knew coding. Finally I had a 15-minutes video conf. and she assessed my spoken English, logical skills, and how I did the assignment. Received the offer same day without any more interviews! Accepted the offer and started working from the following Monday. This is the most efficient and the best interview I ever attended.
