O’Hagan Meyer interview questions

Pre-screen discussion scheduled Wednesday. They confirm a few things on my resume and schedule an interview for the next day (Thursday) with the manager of the Billing department. Interviewer was running 9 interviews. Several had been scheduled back-to-back, unfortunately causing my interview to start a few minutes late. Interviewer mentioned several times how she'd been working there for 7 months. Explained she was looking more for a personality hire, and that there would be a second interview with the other accounting department manager to get their opinion. Also said that I would "hear back for sure" on Monday. Monday and Tuesday go by, I follow up Tuesday. Finally received a response on Thursday with a rejection email.
