Had an online zoom call, 20 minutes long, it was not very hard. They asked me what my favourite wine was and why. Also what I knew about their history.

Interview
I had a 20 minute interview online with a HR representative where they asked a range of typical sale assistant questions. Following the interview I sent an email to find out the outcome of the process but didn't receive a reply.

What previous retail assistant experience do you have?
An online interview - really lovely interviewer and didn't last long at all. Had a phone call after they accepted my application leading to the online interview. Interviewer asked about previous experience, difficult customers and my passion for wine
