Interview
First was by telephone. The recruiter did not act like she wanted to even interview me. Was short, and the recruiter's comment was that "you jump around jobs a lot" and that was about it. Granted I have only had two jobs since I graduated three years ago.

It was great and i like the managers being involved and i got to see the operation - i would like to have 1 interview but they did 2 and i got to see the team
