I applied on-line. Couple of days later a recruiter called me and conducted an initial screening. After passing the initial screening the hiring manager interviewed me. His questions was a mix of situational and technical, tho I was expecting to be more technical focused. The company's recruiter was in touch with me and told me couple of times we would like to invite your for an on-site interview. He said be patient it might take sometime. The last time I had contact with that recruiter , he said that I am switching my career and from this point you can be in touch with a new person in charge. He provided the new recruiter contact information but all my inquires remained unanswered to this point. I even emailed and asked just tell me if you still consider me or not, that simple, but never heard back. The process is frustrating especially when you are promised an on-site interview.
I would not recommend applying for O-I until they figure out what they are doing. It is very hard to just wait for more than three months and nobody answers your inquiries.
