1) Human Resources reach out with phone screen.
2) Followed up with a phone call to go in person.
3) Interviewed new site Manager.
4) Human Resources replied with results.

Question 1
Questions from Manager, were more directed towards covering/backing-up the Managers decisions, and NOT on improving the business nor improving Quality. Questions revolved around Woke Diversity Equity & Inclusions, and NOT on skills and ability.
