Typical phone screening by a HR representative including a brief overview of career history. Very cordial and not technical. A phone interview with the Hiring Manager followed. Much more focus on the technical side of things and a deeper review of candidate's career history. Cultural fit discussion was part of this session as well. I was advised that the final interview would consist a couple people and pick up where the Hiring Manager interview left off. The final interview involved a panel including the Hiring Manager, HR Representative, Lead developer, a Senior Leadership representative and a peer employee, All members of the panel were very engaged and participated with some deep probing questions that involved past experience, best practices, and working through issues where ideal solutions were not possible.
