Pretty easy. Filled out an application online, I was called for an interview about two weeks later. Met with the manager, he was very nice and very easy to talk to. The interview consisted of him asking me different vehicle components and some personality type questions to gauge my personality. I was called back two days later for a second interview, but it wasn't an interview, it was him going over the job offer and filling out employment paperwork.
