I had a quick meeting with the store manager, only about 10 minutes. He asked about my experience and if I could get to work on time. He then said he would be in touch. About two hours later I was called by another store manager and asked to meet with her for my second interview. I was hired the next day.

It took a while for me to get an interview with the store manager but other than that everything else went smoothly and he had approved of me, even told me he wanted me on the team with one reason being that I was bilingual with Spanish and English.

Interview
All of these auto-parts stores around Mercer county West Virginia are a complete and total joke to work at. Got hired, told my pay was gonna be 14.00 an hour then somehow it became 12.00 an hour, the boss and assistant boss were on a total power trip, putting their fingers in peoples faces, talking nasty, to other employees, making inappropriate comments about younger girls. It was a sh*t show.

Interview
easy and fast, the interview was conducted in a professional manner and was easy to follow. The interview process will totally depend on who the store manager is. No different than interviewing for any other job or company.
