Interview
I got there about five minutes early, and the manager was helping a customer, but I was greeted and acknowledged. Interview took place in the back office, very relaxed. We went over my application, which did not require a resume. Mostly it felt like a relaxed conversation. The district manager came in and gave the company spiel about how they're like family, try to alternate holiday schedules, etc. And they flat out told me that the interview was really just to see if personalities would mesh.
