I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Tacoma, WA) in June 2011
Interview
Knew a friend. Had to interview with the Store Manager and the District Manager back to back. Got an offer later the same day. There really is nothing more to say about it. Had a friend, got a job, did thirty words now.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
DM really only asked "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Just wanted to hear that I wanted my own store and would be a good company guy.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Austin, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
As soon as I walked in I waited in the back and I saw people eating and cursing as if they were not on the clock. after the store manager finally returned he made me sing Happy Birthday to in front of everyone at the store. I saw a few people laughing before I even started to sing (very comforting). after I sang I found out that if I didn't I wouldn't have been hired in the first place.

Question 1
Before we start the interview, I'm going to need to have you sing Happy Birthday loud enough for everyone in the store to hear.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Anderson, IN) in Apr 2014
Interview
I went in and met with the manager. We spoke for about 20 minutes. I filled out paperwork about myself and to make sure I wasn't dyslexic (because of dealing with part numbers and order numbers). It was very short straight to the point.
