Typical online application with personality questionnaire. If passed followed by a one to one phone call then a store interview with a store leader. Result of application is then disclosed via telephone. Typically start two weeks later.

Asked to look at phone tariffs and prices and specs before then doing a mock scenario with interviewer where you attempt to sell a phone
