I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OATSystems (Bengaluru) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview was good, the interviewer was knowledgeable and was thoughtful while assessing a student. He did not expect a perfect answer and let me build from my first answer citing different scenarios that might no work with my solution and let me propse different appoaches
There were around 20 MCQs ( No technical questions ). There were 2 Einstein puzzles which were kinda easy. Other questions included few logical and few quantitative aptitude questions. The time given was 45 minutes
The next section had two coding questions out of which one is to be answered. The questions were

Given a function KNOWS(A,B), which returns 1 if A knows B (and not necessarily the other way around) and 0 if A does not know B. A Celebrity is one who does not know anyone, and one who is known by everybody. For a list of N people, find all celebrities in linear time.
Given a source string and a destination string write a program to display sequence of strings to travel from source to destination. Rules for traversing:
1. You can only change one character at a time
2. Any resulting word has to be a valid word from dictionary
Example: Given source word CAT and destination word DOG , one of the valid sequence would be
CAT -> COT -> DOT -> DOG
Another valid sequence can be
CAT -> COT – > COG -> DOG
One character can change at one time and every resulting word has be a valid word from dictionary
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OATSystems in Feb 2018
Interview
Interviewer has asked me different questions in Oracle SQL, PLSQL and Unix. Questions were ranging from simple, average and difficult. He had nicely framed the questions and gave enough time to write programs.
But what I hate about this company is, they never reverted about result. I have answered almost all the questions, surely I would have cracked that round. Even in case, if I had not cracked, thats fine, but I expected the HR to get back to me and update the same which never happened even after couple of followup mails.
Based on my understanding, this company is in its growing stage, if you don't show enough professionalism in your hiring activities, you wont be getting the best talents into your company anytime.
