Interview
Split between two days, the interviewers were nice and seemed to be hard workers. The interview did not seem to address the actual role that I had applied for - there seemed to be one route taken once they got people through the door. In the end, the job turned out to be selling products (at&t, xfinity type) at Costco and other stores. Not what I was interested in.

We are sorry to hear that you felt misled in the interview process. We will definitely look further into our job descriptions to see if there is anything we can clarify or add to help them be more informative. As far as one route once you get through the door that seems to be a miscommunication as there are quite a few different avenues available to employees at our firm. You are right in saying that we work with technology products in retailers and that is not for everyone; however the true intent is to develop individuals into leadership roles and help them continue to grow from there.
