Interview
Had a one to one Microsoft teams interview with the Department head online. The interview process was very smooth and seamless. The usual interview questions were asked. There wasn’t any technical questions asked since it is an internship position.

introduce yourself, why do you want to work in this role etc.
The process was quick and smooth, the time taken in between each round was short. Hiring manager and HR was efficient in communicating to me on the updates on the process.
1) hiring manager interview asking about your educational experience and past professional experience. need to show your personality
2) second interview for technical questions, e.g. the FRM related, such as how do you calculate the VaR and ES
3) hr interview asking about salary

The interview consisted of mainly behavioural questions, such as strenghts, tell me about yourself, etc. There were a a few technical excel related. Overall pleasant exchange with the interviewers. They shared the role and made sure to check my expectations.
