Applied on company website, received an email to set up a phone interview. It was easy to set up, but the interview itself wasn't great. I felt like I was being rushed and not being given a real chance to answer before I was asked the next question. It also took them over a month to notify me that I was not selected to move on, even after I emailed for an update. Courtesy is free and says a lot about your company.
