I was contacted for this position at OCLC through a hiring firm for a contract to hire. And the whole interview process to confirmation took 2 weeks. After initial screening with the hiring agency representative over the phone, I had two more rounds of interviews with the Managers and other BSA's via online video interview. The interviewers were warm, welcoming and provided enough time to respond. The questions mainly consist of behavioural (STAR based), business analysis fundamentals, project management and case study. I stumbled a little bit on the case study but felt great on the overall discussion. After a week I received a phone call, that I got selected for the role.
