I had an initial interview at ODS. The interviewers asked appropriate questions about my design background, experience, and career goals. The flow of the interview felt very conversational and they left plenty of room for me to ask questions. They did not follow up after the interview.

Normal interview process. Alan Ohashi guy is pretty uptight. We were in contact for weeks until he decided to ghost me. I'm glad it didn't go through with them because the process showed how unprofessional and disrespectful they can be to their employees.
