OFX Private Client Manager interview questions

applied online and the HR replied in 2days at first, asking to have an initial call interview. I replied and she disappeared for a week, eventually getting back and forth then scheduled a time. One the day she only sent an email like 30mins before the interview and said she could not make it and asked to change to another time. On the same day, she was late, her tonality did not sound professional and felt like she did not really listen to the points I said. more like just dropping notes causally and there was a lot of awkward silence. At the end I just wanted to say goodbye and thankyou but she just rushed to cut the line that I ad not even finish... She said there would be a feedback a week after, but then she only replied few days after my second follow up email.
