OHM Advisors interview questions

The interview itself was professional and felt like a genuine, positive conversation. I was even connected with the interviewer on LinkedIn afterward. But once the interview ended, all communication stopped completely. No update, no decision, nothing, despite following up by both email and LinkedIn message. Months later, I received a generic auto-rejection from a no-reply HR inbox, never a word from the person I'd actually interviewed with. How a company handles its recruiting process says a lot about its internal culture, and this left a pretty clear impression.
