The first interview was with HR and touched based on general aspects of my cv. The second interview was with someone from the team and focused on my skills with in depth questions about trading and crypto. The third interview was with the manager. The questions were for both trading knowledge and for other skills listed on my resume. After a through interview the manager made a verbal offer and how hard the job was and even asked me to confirm with my family I was up to it. I followed up the next day with a reply. Only to be ghosted for 3 weeks by both the manager and HR and to receive an automated rejection email 1 month+ after. Shows a really low trust from the company managers to be making verbal offers without any intention to follow up.
