Interview
There was a test, mock phone call, and pronunciation test to see if you could perform the job. After that, they had you listen to someone doing the job out on the floor and then had the actual interview with the HR manager. Very friendly people all around, you can tell that they know how to go through the interview process.

You basically apply on-line and within two days you get a call. You go in and take an aptitude test and then they see how could is your talking voice over the phone.
