I was contacted directly by a Talent Acquisition representative on LinkedIn for an initial screening call. While the process was expected to move to a second round, the company ultimately decided to proceed with another candidate who was already in the final stages of the process. Despite not moving forward, the overall experience was highly positive. The team was transparent, and they provided incredibly detailed and constructive feedback afterward. I really appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout.

Question 1

It was transparent from day 1. There were a few stages: after sending the application, they reviewed it, invited me to the HR screening; after this, I was invited to a technical interview with a designer. After some time I got an email with feedback.
