The interview process is conducted remotely with two managers or a manager and a director. It typically last 30 minutes. They will talk about the company, the department, the position, then ask you a few questions. A decision is decided immediately after the interview, in most cases. If you're a better fit for another department, you would be referred to that Mgr and HR. You should hear back regarding the position within a week or two as to whether you got the job or not.
