I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OSCE
Interview
It was a competency based interview through the phone, in English. A panel of three was interviewing, with my potential supervisor leading the interview. It was scheduled around 10 days in advance and I received the notification within 2 weeks.
I read about the country and the project online to prepare for the interview, though the questions were not as demanding as I expected. The whole interview took approximately 25 minutes and the interviewers were very polite and patient to hear my answers.

Question 1
It was a competency based interview through the phone. I remember being asked about each of the 'core competencies' individually and then was asked to showcase my knowledge of the local language (desired competence) by saying a couple of sentences.
I applied online. I interviewed at OSCE in Mar 2022
Interview
Haughty personell more interested in asserting their dominance over an unwitting intern than trying to get to know you as a potential candidate. Obscure questions unrelated to the internship and quiz format to see to what extent you went into the fine print to understand the ins and outs of company policy. unfriendly, unhelpful. Glad I am not working here.

Give some weird answer on what gender mainstreaming means to you
Two people interviewed me with a third one as a moderator. They asked five questions, mainly related to information about the department and the OSCE in general - which is all listed on their website.
First stage was a written 2 hour test - quite challenging but manageable. Second stage was an interview with three people present - 30 minutes and people were friendly and nice. Heard back after two weeks.
