The initial interview with Ryan from Talent acquisition was great! He described the position and how my strengths are the best fit. The 2nd interview with a PM was a bit all over the place. She focused on sales questions, which is irrelevant to a technical person. I also found it odd for her critique on my resume during the interview. The 3rd interview was even more confusing, because the interviewer asked if I can be a hybrid resource between PM, development and system integration, not a very scalable approach. The final interview with the VP was also odd, he appeared as though he was forced to chat with me and projected a negative vibe.
