It is composed of 5 steps and takes 6 weeks. First one was phone call with HR and second. Then, I made technical interview with Russian office. Later, behavioral interview with team. Finally, they invite me for face to face interview. Finally, they send me background checking. I passed step by step then they send me an offer.

Pretty streamlined and straight forward. No too much preparation needed. Just need to think and ask clarifying questions in order to get more information. It is better to ask questions than to assume.

Interview
The whole process took a month and began about 3 months after I initially applied. I enjoyed every interviewer, and it reinforced my hope that this would be a great place to work. Overall communication was good, and they always kept me informed of how the process was moving along.

A technical question where they provided logs and sheets of information and I had to walk them through the problem solving process.
