I was invited to the first screening interview with HR and the UX/UI Designer who was working there at the time. Mostly basic questions like salary expectations and questions like what was your biggest challenge in your previous role. The company doesn't offer remote options but does offer a hybrid working model. The HR person said that they contact every applicant at the end of the hiring process even if they were not selected. I haven't gotten any information whether my application went through or was rejected after several weeks.
Straight, usual process. First round with a recruiter, followed by a tchnical round (in-person) and then a negotiation call with a manager. After the negotiation, I received the offer within 24hours. I quite enjoyed the technical round because it was in-person and had a good tech conversation.

Interview
I applied to a job via Linkedin, and I was then contacted by the Team Lead a few days after. Pretty smooth process. Then we met for a personal interview in under a week, so pretty fast hiring process. I also recieved an offer a few days after.
