Interview
Very seem less. Made it clear what was expected of me and the role if I accepted the position. Didn’t keep me waiting long for feedback which I appreciated. Very friendly interviews who were captured the company culture
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OVO in Apr 2026
Interview
So many stages for a minimum wage, call centre job. Firstly filled out a long application, then an online task, then a phone screening, then a 3 hour assessment day, all for a job paying barely above minimum wage. Crazy.
People interviewing were nice enough but just far too many steps for a call centre job.
Friendly open conversation often done online. Basically you need to promote how much you are into zero carbon living and that you take it seriously on a personal level..you won't get the job if you won't openly join the cult.
