I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OYO (Bristol, England) in June 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a in house recruiter in Indian 3 times through linked in .
He seemed to be targeting people who worked for my company . Was told he would call me at 12 but didn’t . I finally received a call a week later inviting me to an assessment day .
I attended the assessment day which was a shambles .
They didn’t have a room booked at the office so we had to drive in a taxi to another hotel . We then started the process 1.5 hours later which consisted of A group activity
3 minute presentation on something you are passionate about .
One to one interview with either one of the recruiters or the head of sales.
We were advised we would have breakfast supplied but we weren’t . Also that our taxi would be reimbursed. The company doesn't do what they say they are going to do . They say they will call you back and never reply to emails .
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly based around experience , what you know about oyo , why you want to work for them , what you bring to the table . Very easy interview and was told we would find out that evening or the next day if we got the job . 2 weeks later I am none the wiser . I have emailed & called only to be told by an administrator that if you haven’t received an offer then you must have not got the job.
Avoid like the plague! Start up in the UK and don’t know what they are doing .

I interviewed at OYO (London, England) in June 2024
Interview
HR based in India, very messy process. Put me off working for the company, if even the initial stages feels like an after thought, then it's a clear sign of what is to follow.
