Interview
A four hour process meeting various people. They made me go through meetings with the HR person, the developers , the product guy and the CTO. It's the only interview I've ever been asked to write functions on a whiteboard which is NOT my skillset so it didn't go well!.
However, they never even bothered to get back to me which is poor. After asking someone to come in and grill them for four hours after a 40 minute phone screening at least have the decency to contact them afterwards with feedback. The fact they did not both to contact me at all speaks volumes about how much they value people in their organisation. Avoid.
