Online panel interview lasting about 15 minutes with a few questions to check whether or not you’re a good fit for working with public service and Oakland’s demographic. The interviewers were straight to the point and did not communicate outside of introductions and questions.
The interview was equitable and honest. They made sure that the employee got a fair interview. They asked honest and relevant questions. They sincerely wanted to know information about your background as an employee and as an individual/citizen.
