Not organized and lacked professionalism. They were only going through the motions. The people were nice. The lead interviewer did not know that I have 2 degrees from OU. One of the members kept nodding off.

If you have an entry level understanding of IT concepts such as operating systems, data backups, and basic troubleshooting processes you'll breeze through most of the questions. I interviewed remotely, and it was definitely one of the more serious interviews I've taken part in,
