First, you have an interview round about yourself and your motivation, it is mostly about why you want to work in M&A and why there. In this round you already receive some questions about your knowledge about M&A and about general economics. After this, the second round is a case.

I had to describe each financial statement, explain the role of PE in M&A etc.
interviewed by hr and associates, asked technical and behavioral questions. Mostly easy questions on financial statements and basic accounting knowledge. There will also be a case study required to be finished within 1.5 hr
