OK. well organized, depending on how much they need teachers. prepare for your lesson, and interview questions, if it's a bad school, they will ask you why work for them.

The interview was a traditional style interview with questions around my previous experience and situation based questioning. My interview was with the Principal and an Assistant Principal and was relaxed in style. Made me feel at ease and relaxed.
