It was good, I learned a lot about the role haven’t heard more yet. Hiring manager was charasmatic and easy to talk with. I am eager to hear back and see the next interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Obama Foundation
Interview
I had 3 interviews over the course of a few weeks. First was typical 1 hour HR screening, pretty average. Second was 1 hour Google Meet video call with hiring manager, specific and relatively difficult questions. Then, prior to the third, I completed an exercise that I spent 2.5 hours on, which I then presented in the third interview. Third was 1 hour Google Meet panel style (3 panelists), was disjointed and disorganized. I didn’t hear back for 10 days despite follow up emails, and then was told they went with a different candidate. Disappointed in the lack of communication / transparency after I spent upwards of 5.5 hours on exercises/in interviews and many more hours preparing. Overall not a great experience.

Question 1
How do you stay organized when working independently and part of a team?
Multiple rounds. I got the first zoom interview with a recruiter. Then there was going to be another with the department, then a task, and then something in person. They pay so well the competition has to be stiff, so know you have a lot of competition
