I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Objective Corp (North Sydney)
Interview
Objective Talent team reached out via LinkedIn and there was 1 phone screening with standard questions on experience so far, future direction, and what do you know about Objective. Was called in to meet the Hiring Manager the following week - great views from the office and seems like a nice place to work with fairly young teams.
Now, I had two interviews with 2 Hiring managers as the objective Products seem to be organised into separate line of businesses. The First Hiring manager seemed to be of a similar age and experience so was expecting someone more junior and hence, didn't work out. Second Interview with another Hiring Manager i.e. another product line was on the phone and literally went through the resume chronologically, this seemed a very immature approach as he was picking on irrelevant episodes and arriving at his own conclusion. For e.g., picking on a career episode 12 years ago and assuming that you are too technical for this role!
However, the talent teams at Objective were courteous and seemed quite helpless on the decision making prowess of their hiring managers.

Question 1
What are some of the best Sales training methods you have used and what were the results?
The process was straightforward. Expectations and the next steps were always articulated well. The process itself moved very quickly. Questions were tough but fair. Final interview was with the CEO who assessed cultural fit.
