Interview was smooth and easy going. The manager mentioned that training would be provided as long as I’m willing to learn. Manager was very nice and answered all of my questions.
Phone screen with recruiter, then a zoom interview with hiring manager, and finally I met with local site staff to assess compatibility and fit. The recruiter found me online. None of it felt formal.
