Objectivity interview questions

I did not go far in the process. NO response after first phone screening. I was talking to either manager or project lead and it was mixture of resume review and technical questions. Nothing special, interviewer was nice person, I thought I did OK. Neither external recruiter nor company gave me any feedback.
