I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Observe.AI in Apr 2023
Interview
Standard recruiter screen, interviews with different department managers and finally a conversation with the CCO. Was told a decision would be made by a specific date and after following up that day with the recruiter I didn't hear back for a whole week after, at which point I had accepted another offer. Definitely paints a picture of the culture there when a simple update on something as important as a job role isn't seen as important to follow up on.
I applied online. I interviewed at Observe.AI (Bengaluru) in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter soon after applying on LinkedIn. During the initial screening, I clearly stated my 60-day notice period, and it was accepted at the time.
I then went through multiple rounds, including a technical assessment and two in-person interviews with senior leadership. Only in the final round was I told they were looking for someone who could join immediately—something that could and should have been clarified at the start.
After being told they would update me on next steps, I was completely ghosted despite follow-ups.
This process felt like a complete waste of time. Basic transparency and the courtesy to close the loop with candidates shouldn’t be this difficult.
