I did a online application in which I added my CV and covering letter. I then got a phone call from HR to confirm I had been offered a interview in a few days time. At the interview, I was asked questions relevant to the role and felt that before I had even spoken a decision had been made whether I will be going forward to this role. I felt they were obliged to interview me as they had called me in but they had already found someone for the position. I felt the interviewer was not interested in anything I had to say and found the whole interview process very disheartening. When I asked questions about the role the interviewer explained he did not actually know what the position would involve. I then had to ring HR and find out if I had got the position as they did not contact me (they had told me they would) to let me know they position was given to someone else.
