Interview
Not quite sure what the purpose of this call was as it felt more like a police interrogation than a phone screening. When discussing my previous experience, I was practically accused of "lying" on my CV. The intonation and general attitude of the CEO towards me almost felt hostile like I had wasted her time and lied on my application. I wanted to finish the call there and then but she kept on asking me questions which honestly came across as passive aggressive more than anything as it then went onto my short tenure within another role. Piece of advice to the hiring manager : If a CV isn't to your liking, why bother arranging a phone screening in the first place?
Am delighted that this came to light during this stage. Have ZERO INTEREST in working for such a company.

Interview
Initially contacted through email and then a follow up call to confirm availability.
Then had an informal phone interview with the Co-Founder and Sales Director. After the initial screening there was a face to face interview with the 2 Co-Founders and it was keep light and somewhat informal at times and then more in depth about skill sets at other times.
After the initial screening, the interview was more about personality assessment and seeing how your skills would fit it in with this tight knit team.
