Ocean County College interview questions

I had a skype interview first. I was informed less than 24 hours in advance that a teaching demo was required, which should have been my first red flag. The interview itself was good though, and they offered another interview, but insisted it be in person despite being just 1 hour with the president. When I asked it it could be done virtually because I'm not local, they just canceled my interview without even writing back. Very unprofessional. Not the kind of place I want to work.

Phone Interview, Panel Interview, Executive Interview - *Tiered process I was a senior in 2018 Fall semester when I applied for the position. I was forward with the understanding that I was to graduate after Spring of 2019, and the position needed to be filled full-time by March of 2019. The college, tentatively offered me the position in March, but was not able to confirm my hire until the Board of Trustees met and approved my start date of May 2019. The overall experience has been a delight and welcoming with open arms.
