I interviewed for the position of Marketing Coordinator with Ocean Mist farms and had a total of two in-person interviews and one initial phone screening with their recruiter. Ultimately, I did not receive an offer - at the second interview, it became apparent to both myself and the Ocean Mist team that this position was not the best fit for my skill set.
Despite not getting an offer, I wanted to post a review of Ocean Mist because they have an excellent recruiting process and despite being an agriculture company - this process mirrors that of what I experienced when interviewing with Tesla. Additionally, Ocean Mist's recruiter took the time to follow-up with me via phone, explaining why they didn't believe I was a good fit for the position - something I already knew but appreciated greatly. It's not often you find a company that will give you any more than a generic 'Thanks for your interest, but.." letter.
