Ocean by CognisantMD interview questions

Initial interview screening with VP of Operations. There were two similar roles that they were looking to hire for. It seemed to me that it was a very positive interaction, great energy and excitement about the new platform and potential for the role(s). I was told that I should hear back in a couple of weeks. However, I never heard back after sending a follow-up email expressing interest and appreciation for their time. It says a lot about a company when they ghost potential candidates.

I had a interview for a consultant positon. I had a introductory call followed by a formal interview with two employees. They seemed nice and asked a lot of questions. However, they never got back to me regarding next steps. I emailed them twice...but no response. Very unprofessional - really speaks a lot about their employee culture. Will not be applying here again.
