Interview process is easy and simple. there are two round first telephonic and after that face to face round. in face to face round they have 3 rounds of Interview - 1. Aptitude - Logical, Analytic 2. Technical - Analytic, Design Concept, Color Scheme, Technical, HTML/ CSS, Browser Comparability etc.

I. Aptitude Test including quantitative, reasoning and logical skills and technicals that comprises of basic concepts of programming (mostly in .NET and Java). II. Technical Interview (basic level and also based on those mentioned ion your resume). III. Final Interview was the best part of this process. Really I had the best experience. This would include technical in more details and also DB questions and questions to test your logic will be asked.
