Interview
Long process...... really long. The interview process spread over 9 weeks and 8 interviews. Little to no communication during the process. Different levels of managers gave different answers to just about any question. They were very slow to respond to questions in email form, and when they did answer, they were passive-aggressive answers. The interviewers were late to the interview by 20 minutes. There were less-than-subtle racist comments made towards me during the interview. There was also a sudden and dramatic decrease in interest when they found out I was a Veteran.
Generally speaking, this company did not seem to know what they were looking for in the new hire. Their leadership, that were part of the interview process, did not come to the interviews prepared. This company seems very disorganized, lost, and confused.

Interview
Interview process was thorough and they asked questions to find out more about your skillset for the position. They also gave a coding interview with general coding questions like fizz buzz. However they added object oriented programming questions as apart of it.

In a market full of employers not even following up with interviewers, October Three stood out for the respect they showed for me and my time. They moved me through the entire process in 2 weeks and the CEO even took a call with me during his vacation.
