Interview
First round was a short phone screen, very casual and informal. However this was not until at least a month after applying at which point I was in the final rounds for other roles I'd applied for at the same time.
Second round was another casual screen this time technical in nature. One of the two interviewers barely spoke and appeared to by working on something else during the interview. An hour was scheduled but they ran out of questions after 30 minutes or so, and answered my questions before we reached the 45 minute mark. The questions they did ask were very high level/cursory.
Third round would have been an unpaid take home assignment with a deadline (a bit rich considering how long it took them to respond to my application), which I didn't find out about until the second round. Had I have known this earlier I would have withdrawn my application much earlier.
