Oddwork Sweden interview questions

It was a good process, felt like I got plenty of room to express myself and the possibility to ask questions. It was nice to be able to meet the team as well.

I was an intern at Oddwork and then was offered a job during the internship. I didn't go through the usual interview-process, but I've heard they're great. And also well-prepared by the responsible talent manager. The classic interview-questions is a little bit different than the usual job interview-questions and puts the focus in you as person.
